The Camden-Clark Foundation is once again hosting the 21^th Annual Camden-Clark Charity Golf Classic which will be held on Monday, August 4th, 2008 at the Parkersburg Country Club. Tee time will be at 10:00 a.m. with a scramble format. Space is limited so sign up today by completing the registration form below!

Sponsorship Levels

Entry Fee:

Patron-$5,000 - Special Recognition
Breakfast with Administration, banner (logo needed), names in newspaper, on program listing, tent card signage and 4 players.
$175 per person $700 per team
Fee includes 18 holes of golf, electric cart, lunch at halfway House, Hors d' oeuvres after golf and prizes.

Platinum - $3000
Breakfast with CEO, Banner (logo needed), names in newspaper, on program listing, tent card signage and 4 players.

Fee Includes 18 holes of golf, electric cart, prizes, lunch and Hors d'oeuvers at the Halfway House following golf.

Corporate - $1000
Banner (logo needed), names in newspaper, on program listing, tent card signage and 2 players.
Prizes:
First, Second and Third place prizes given. Closest to the Pin & Longest Drive Contests, Skins & Mulligans, Hole -In-One Contest.

Gold - $500
Names in newspaper, on program listing, tent card signage and 1 player.

Silver - $250
Names in newspaper, on program listing and tent card signage.

Team Handicaps must total 40 or more for scramble.

Hole Sponsor - $150
Names in newspaper and on program listing.

Soft spikes only

Contributor - Gift In Kind
Names in newspaper and on program listing.
