Part of our mission as your community hospital is to keep you informed about important issues that affect your health.  We are pleased to present to the residents of our community a regular schedule of radio and TV programs, designed to answer your questions, explain the latest medical advances, and help you learn more about good health and a healthy lifestyle.

 


 

CCMH Community Health Watch
on WLTP 910 am Radio

A program featuring healthcare professionals and representatives from different community organizations who answer your questions on a wide range of issues.

 

Community Health Watch first aired September 11, 1997. Since then, each week during this one hour program, health care professionals discuss a variety of medical topics and representatives from many community organization such as The Salvation Army, The American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, and others explain the services they provide.

WTAP-TV

A series of live community health forums on WTAP-TV, featuring health care  professionals discussing important health topics including diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimer's disease, stroke, and all types of cancers.

Some of these are live, call-in shows where viewers can call in to the station during the program and ask questions of the participants.
These forums are held every few months for the purpose of keeping you informed on how to stay healthy.

Join  host, Rennie Leavitt, every Sunday morning at 7:00 a.m. for the CCMH Community Health Forum.

Physicians and health care personnel are guests talking about medical topics that affect you and your family, and professionals from local community organizations explain the services they provide.
