Personal Care Services:

A physician-directed aide service to supplement and support family caregivers.

Provides peace of mind to caregivers when they cannot be at home around the clock.

Personal Care Providers can:
Assist with chores of daily living, including light housekeeping and laundry.

Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming and ambulation.

Ensure the safety of patients who cannot be left alone.

Provide companionship to patients while the family is not at home.

 

Admission Criteria:

Under the care of a physician.

Patient must reside within the geographical area in which the services are available.

Care can adequately and safety be provided in the patients home.

A responsible caregiver can be available if needed.
