Water Aerobic Class
One hour of exercise in a heated pool with a certified instructor. Benefits of water classes are taking 90% of your body weight off your joints, warm water is great for people with arthritis, purest air you are ever going to breath on top of the water, networking with other seniors which fights isolation, meet new friends. Class members go out to lunch together monthly as well.
Barb Rosembohm - Water Aerobics
Join us for one hour of high-intensity, low-impact water aerobics with Barb Rosenbohm. We begin with 15 minutes of warm-up, which will get your body ready for 30 minutes of high-energy cardio, followed by 10 minutes of muscle-toning followed by a relaxing stretch.

Fun, Cardio and Exhilarating, those are the three words I would use to describe my class. We have a great routine that consists of warm up, cardio and a cool down. If you are looking for a class that's a great workout and lots of fun, this is the one. You will enjoy every minute, and the hour goes by too quickly!!

Other than the above times, the pool is open for swimming.
3 Lap Lanes are always open.
The pool closes 10 minutes prior to closing time.
