SilverSneakers Fitness Program

Seniors, are you interested in something fun, something new? We have a class that’s all that and more. Stop by and try out one of our SilverSneakers classes. Would you like to improve your flexibility and strength? Our Muscular Strength and Range of Movement (MSROM) class will improve your flexibility and your strength and get you up and moving. Many SilverSneakers members say that they are moving better than they have in years.

If you’re interested in extra stretching and flexibility, try our SilverSneakers Yoga class. This class is designed for seniors as well as those of any age who might have some difficulties with a more intense yoga class. We do traditional yoga poses and exercises from a chair-based position as well as some from a standing position.

All SilverSneakers exercises have been doctor-approved. But as with any other exercise program, you should consult your physician before beginning. These classes are open to everyone.
