Pat Perine, CSCS, Weekend Fitness Instructor
Exercise Physiologist, B.S. in Exercise Physiology

I am a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA. I perform exercise testing and program design for various clients here. I also serve as a fitness instructor on weekends and provide personal training services, with an emphasis on training athletes, as well as anyone who is interested.   Fred Haught, (Weekend Fitness Instructor)
I am 65 years young and a retiree after 40 years with G.E. Plastics. I have used the equipment at the FFC for many years and I am willing and able to help with getting you started with your exercise goals… whether they be weight loss, toning up or strengthening  up your muscles.
 
  Andrea Grimm, (Front Desk)
I work Monday through Thursday evenings at the Family Fitness Center. Stop by the front desk and I can answer your questions about membership and fitness classes that we offer.
 
  Brenda Dickson, (Front Desk)
You will find me at the front desk on Friday nights and occasionally on weekends. It's nice to work in a clean, friendly environment. I'll be happy to greet you and answer your questions about membership, merchandise, snack bar, or the various workout programs offered at our facility.

 

Matt Lutz (Weekend Fitness Instructor)

I’m currently a sophomore at WVUP, studying to be a physical education teacher. As a former baseball player and swimmer for Parkersburg South High School, I know what it takes to get into shape and stay fit. Sabrina Congo (ACSM CPT)

I am an eight year veteran of the US Army, where I served as a medic.  While serving in the Army, I learned the importance of functional fitness.  I believe that fitness is a key factor of well being and I love helping others reach their fitness goals, whatever those goals may be.  Stop by and see me on the weekend at the FFC and I can help you get started on your way to achieving your fitness goals.

Ash Bloomingdale – Fitness Instructor

Born and raised in Marietta, I attended Marietta High School where I played football and ran track. Fitness has played a major role in my life since I was five years old. I took it upon myself to learn everything I could to improve my personal performance. My search for knowledge led me to obtaining my personal training certification through the prestigious American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).

I’m dedicated to helping men and women of all shapes and sizes, and ability levels reach their fitness goals. I’m always looking for new clients who are willing to be dedicated and work hard to achieve their goals. 


   Cody Sole - Personal Trainer
Growing up as an overweight kid, I realized the importance and benefits of exercise as a teenager. I went on to further my involvement and knowledge in the fitness world by attaining my B.S. in Kinesiology- Exercise Science From Liberty University and currently I am a NCAA division II assistant wrestling coach, working on my Masters in Health & Wellness, and working on attaining my strength and conditioning specialist certification through theNSCA. I have worked with two of Liberty University’s strength and conditioning coaches Dave Williams and Bill Gillespie who are considered some of the best in the nation. I also have a wide variety of experience coaching, training, and training with NCAA athletes at the division I and II level in sports like football, basketball, volleyball, wrestling, and professional fighters to your everyday average “Joe” and 8-12 year olds.
