Abby Ellen Wigal (Front Desk)

I work at the Family Fitness Center on weekends. If there is anything you need assistance with, I am glad to help. I would recommend the FFC to anyone wanting to get to a healthier place in life, which will lead to overall happiness.

Andra Ford (Weekend Fitness Instructor)

A graduate of Marshall University (BBA) and WVUP (RN), I have always like being active. I bike, swim, kayak, walk, and run. Here at the Family Fitness Center, I enjoy the pool, sauna, lifting weights, and the racquetball courts. Friends will ask me what I think the best exercise is for losing weight. I say, “The one you will do.” Pick something you like and just do it. If you like it, then you will stick with it. The FFC has something you will like. The helpful staff is happy to assist members with class scheduling

Randy A. Moore (Weekend Fitness Instructor)

I started wrestling at age 8 and continued on and off until I graduated from Federal Hocking in 2003. I began hitting the weight room faithfully while I was a senior. I joined the Army in 2005 and was deployed to Iraq and continued to work out as much as possible. In 2008 I stepped on an I.E.D. and was severely injured. Even though I am considered disabled by the state, I have continued to work out. After being discharged from the Army, I weighed 160. But now, thanks to continued weight training, I now weigh 220.I plan to attend college to study body and medicine to become a personal trainer. For now, I am going to keep working out at the FFC and to motivate others.
