Land Aerobic Class

A real step party, always featuring cardio, strenth training and flexibility, the three components of physical fitness. Step and floor cardio workouts, strength training using weights and bands, followed by abdominal training and ending with flexibility, all to the beat of great music! Choreography and music change with every class. No class is ever the same!


Brenda Kisner - Beginners Aerobics
Beginner Step is a total body cardio and sculpting workout.  It combines low impact step aerobics with targeted body shaping exercises using weights, bands, tubing and more.This class can be modified for any fitness level.
