Medical Records Department Moved to Memorial Campus
The Medical Records Department located at the St. Joseph’s Campus of Camden Clark Medical Center will be consolidated to the Memorial Campus on Dec. 1, 2012. After that time, patients who wish to obtain their medical records must do so at the Memorial Campus Medical Records Department, which is located on the 3rd floor of the administrative building.
